Colorado Open Lands is a 501(c)3 nonprofit land trust that works with private landowners to place voluntary conservation easements on their properties – earning financial benefits for landowners, helping keep land in families, and protecting Colorado’s land and water resources.

Our staff has experience in working with all types of landowners and situations, and prides itself on being advocates for landowners. We take a long-term approach, understanding that successful conservation is about more than land and water—it is about people.

The mission of The Illinois Clean Energy Community Foundation is to provide funding to improve energy efficiency, advance the development and use of renewable energy resources, and protect natural areas and wildlife habitat in communities all across Illinois.

Our principal program areas are Energy and Natural Areas. To date, we have awarded over 5,000 grants providing $258 million to Illinois nonprofit organizations, schools, municipalities and other local and state government agencies.

Our Mission:
The Environmental League of Massachusetts is dedicated to protecting the health of our environment and citizenry by safeguarding the land, water and air of our Commonwealth. ELM is focused on environmental advocacy and strengthening the voice and effectiveness of the environmental community. ELM advocates for strong environmental laws and regulations on a broad range of environmental issues, voices the concerns of citizens, ensures that laws are properly implemented and enforced, and educates the public.

The Environmental Law & Policy Center is the Midwest’s leading public-interest environmental legal advocacy and eco-business innovation organization, and among the nation’s leaders.

ELPC’s multidisciplinary staff of talented and experienced public interest attorneys, environmental business specialists, public policy advocates and communications specialists brings a strong and effective combination of skills to solve environmental problems.

WHAT ELPC DOES TO WIN AND PRODUCE RESULTS

The Colorado Alliance for Environmental Education (CAEE) works to ensure that everyone in Colorado has an opportunity to learn about our environment. Our programs include certification for environmental educators, natural resource career guidance, an environmental education advisory council, an annual conference for environmental education, and more.

Green Corps, located in Denver, CO, is the country’s most respected training program for environmental organizers. If you’re passionate about the environment and ready to learn and practice the craft of organizing, our year-long program is the best place to start.

Our program includes intensive classroom training with prominent guest trainers like Bill McKibben, founder of 350.org, and Jane Kleeb of Bold Nebraska, a leader in the fight against the Keystone XL pipeline.

Working from nonviolent and democratic principles, NEIS is determined to end nuclear power in Illinois, in the Great Lakes Bioregion, and on Planet Earth. We offer education, internships, volunteer work, advocacy, grass roots organizing, trained speakers, membership, and a resource library.

ELDERS CLIMATE ACTION is a grassroots movement of elders organized to create the political will necessary to change our nation’s energy policies.

We are dedicated to using the power of our caring, our wisdom and our numbers to push for strong energy policies that will reduce greenhouse gases in our atmosphere to a level consistent with life thriving on our planet.

Faith in Place empowers Illinois people of all faiths to be leaders in caring for the Earth by providing resources to educate, connect, and advocate for healthier communities.

Since 1999, Faith in Place has worked with over 1,000 houses of worship throughout Illinois to protect our common land, water, and air.

With outreach staff in Chicago, Lake County, and Central Illinois, Faith in Place inspires faithful people to care for the Earth through our four program areas: Energy & Climate Change, Sustainable Food & Land Use, Water Preservation, and Advocacy.

The Florida Solar Energy Industries Association is a non-profit professional association of companies.
