The Austin Vegan & Vegetarian Association is Austin's longest-serving family-friendly social and educational vegetarian group, active in promoting vegetarianism in Austin since 1996.

We're here to share community and to make it easier for new people to find out about vegan and vegetarian resources, businesses, and activities in Austin.

POTLUCKS

The Urban Greenspaces Institute is the only non-profit organization in the Portland-Vancouver metropolitan region that works exclusively on urban parks, trails, and greenspace issues in the almost 3,000-square-mile Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington Intertwine region.

Our primary focus is assisting in the creation and work of The Intertwine Alliance, a coalition of nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and corporate partners collaborating to create a world-class, interconnected system of parks, trails, and natural areas.

The Boston Area Sustainability Group’s mission is to break down the silos of knowledge within sustainability, to assist the perpetual education of ourselves and our peers, and to grow a robust community of subject matter experts equipped to collectively drive sustainability forward.

We are an affinity group of 1000+ sustainability professionals representing a myriad of industries, academia, government, NGO, and not-for-profit entities in the Boston area.

Since 1934, the Metropolitan Planning Council (MPC) has made the Chicago region a better place by partnering with businesses, communities and governments to address environmental, planning and development challenges.

URBAN THINK & DRINK

The Florida Native Plant Society (FNPS) is a non-profit organization formed in 1980 to promote the preservation, conservation, and restoration of native plants of Florida and their use in landscaping. The Dade Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society (DCFNPS) is one of more than 20 chapters around the state and includes residents of Monroe County.

The Alliance Center maintains eco-friendly, energy-efficient spaces for people in Denver to do great things. We bring people together as tenants and for events to tackle our biggest environmental challenges, to create a thriving and responsible economy, and to engage our community in action.

Ekar Farm is an urban, organic, community farm dedicated to alleviating hunger through sustainable agriculture and volunteer farming. We grow and give organic produce to local food pantries while providing experiential education to the community about sustainable agriculture practices and food justice.
