Activism

Too often, Americans are asked to choose between jobs and the environment. But as we face increasingly severe impacts of environmental challenges and adapt to an interconnected global economy, we must choose both.

The Farmers Market Directory, maintained by the USDA, lists markets that feature two or more farm vendors selling agricultural products directly to customers at a common, recurrent physical location.

Maintained by the Agricultural Marketing Service, the Directory is designed to provide customers with convenient access to information about farmers market listings to include: market locations, directions, operating times, product offerings, accepted forms of payment, and more.

Our Mission:

To provide information to the public on environmental, animal rights, peace and social justice issues so they can become better educated and become involved.

Mass in Motion is a statewide movement that promotes opportunities for healthy eating and active living in the places people live, learn, work and play.

We work with communities, schools, childcare centers, and businesses to create changes that make it easy for people to eat better and move more.

We also help residents think differently about what they eat and how much they move so they can make better choices to feel healthy and live well.

Together, we can create healthier communities, and a healthier Commonwealth.
