Community Energy Project - we help with insulating and weatherizing your home

Community Energy Project offers education and hands-on training in weatherizing and insulating your home, which can significantly reduce your electric and other heating bills, and contributes to sustainability.

We also provide direct weatherization and safety repairs to seniors and people with disabilities, as well as lead-poisoning prevention materials.

We deliver these services in partnership with Portland community members and service organizations, utilities, corporations, foundations, and government agencies.

Community Energy Project believes that everyone deserves a safe, healthy, efficient home regardless of income.
