The American Climate Leadership Awards — from ecoAmerica

EcoAmerica has announced its third annual American Climate Leadership Awards, offering greater cash prizes and recognition plus an invitation to the 2022 American Climate Leadership Summit.

Individuals, groups and organizations—non-profit and for profit—from anywhere in the United States can apply, or be nominated.

Judges will be looking for those "making extraordinary efforts to fight climate change and model solutions" and are "committed to a more just, equitable and cleaner environment."

There will be thirty awards:
$50,000 for the winner.
$25,000 for the runner-up.
$10,000 for each of the eight finalists.
$1,000 for the twenty semi-finalists.

The finalists, runner-up and winner will receive prominent recognition at the 2022 American Climate Leadership Summit and in "key communications before, during, and after the event," including via social and traditional media.
