Waterlust - educational media and recycled apparel
Waterlust is a purpose-driven brand that creates:
1) environmentally responsible clothing that support marine science research and education
2) media to inspire scientific curiosity and an adventurous spirit.
Our clothing - leggings, tops, shorts, kidswear, accessories and more - is creative, well-designed, and built to endure the elements while using the most environmentally responsible materials and processes possible. Through all stages of design and manufacturing, our commitment to environmental responsibility remains at the forefront.
Our YouTube videos and photography cover a wide range of topics to inspire a love for our watery world and to teach the science behind it. Our apparel allows us to take our photography to a new medium, bringing with it the ideas and science behind the photograph.
The majority of our apparel uses recycled polyester (or RPET) made from recycled post consumer plastic bottles. Each order is first carefully wrapped in 100% recycled, recyclable and naturally biodegradable craft paper, then packaged in a recycled and recyclable poly mailer bag.
Each product tells a story, and our hope is that these stories continue to spread around the world as you wear them on your adventures.
We strive to create the least amount of waste in this process as we're able, and to recycle and reuse what we can.
