Sebastian Eilert Architecture (S.E.A.) is a full service architecture and design firm based in Miami, Florida. We work on residential projects both for New Construction as well as Renovations and Additions.

Our sustainability practices include green building accreditation, energy star and impact rated glass, incorporation of solar panels into glazing, non VOC paints, recycled materials, reclaimed wood, water reduction and much more!

Apart from this, we are incorporating renewable energy practices into our projects, ranging from grid connected systems to full alternate design which serves as backup generator after severe weather events. Adherence to the Florida Building Code also provides an excellent base line with strict regulations. Conscious selection of appliances and systems as well as a strong focus on insulation can further impact the overall energy consumption.

At S.E.A., we focus on a holistic design approach and therefore provide an engaged design experience for our clients, orchestrating the project from programming through construction completion.
