The Goldstein Environmental Law Firm is a boutique practice exclusively limited to environmental legal, consulting, and project management matters in Florida. Our main work involves assisting clients navigate the environmental regulatory and third party liability risk issues associated with properties directly or indirectly impacted by soil, groundwater, sediment, and/or vapor contamination.
Our services fall into three general categories, which are Environmental Legal, Environmental Redevelopment, and Lender Environmental Protection. These include supporting real estate transactions, land development and redevelopment projects, corporate mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, defense of government enforcement proceedings, and investigation, acquisition, cleanup, design, permitting, financing, and reuse of Brownfield sites.
We also routinely provide pro bono representation and mentoring to community based organizations and stakeholders from economically challenged places in need of assistance with environmental redevelopment counseling, grant funding, and capacity building.
Our company has extensive experience and expertise in the beneficial reuse of contaminated sites in general and accessing the many powerful incentives under Florida’s Brownfields Redevelopment Program.
