The Table: Nourishment. Community. Grace.
The Table is a unique movement of missional communities in Denver focused on urban farming, community meals, veggie giveaways, and lively conversations. We aim to help people eat well, experience life-giving and authentic community, and explore the depth and breadth of tangible grace.
We grow all of our produce within Denver’s Platt Park and University Hills neighborhoods, do most of our transportation and distribution by bicycle, and use only organic growing techniques.
100% of the food we grow is donated back to our communities
THE VEGGIE BIKE
The Veggie Bike transports the freshest, most local produce to neighborhood hangouts to give away vegetables from Table gardens. Neighbors visit the bike with their bags at the ready.
SHARE YOUR SPACE
We partner with private homeowners who allow us to grow vegetables in their yard space – from raised beds on unused driveways to entire back and front yards.
VOLUNTEER
We offer regular opportunities to volunteer in our gardens. You’re welcome to learn about the gardens, accomplish actual gardening responsibilities, and enable The Table to be a tangible presence of grace and beauty in the community.
No matter your background, we warmly invite you to participate in our events and have a taste of what we’re doing.
