Third Coast Coffee is a Fair Trade, Organic and Transitional coffee roasting company based in Austin, Texas, that imports directly from small farmer cooperatives.

Owner Joe Lozano has developed a uniquely consistent style in his twenty-two years of roasting. That knowledge is used daily and has been taught to the roasters that work at Third Coast Coffee.

Our range of roasts reflects the inherent qualities we find in our beans. Small batch roasting provides a high degree of control and ensures a consistently well-roasted coffee.

We Are Good.

All of our coffees are certified Fair Trade and organically grown or are Fair Trade transitional, which means they're grown using organic methods and are in the process of acquiring organic certification.

As a founding member of Cooperative Coffees, we directly import from small farmer cooperatives for mutually beneficial, long term relationships with our producer partners. Every bag of our coffee can be traced to its origin.

We are always searching for ways to support sustainable, healthy agricultural practices and systems of trade that benefit the farmers, their families, and their communities.
