This journey toward health is a marathon, and we could all use a friend along the way. Receive encouragement as you take on your plans with daily calls, a partner on your activities, and tracking your health journal.
These sessions are offered to all women, including those who want to be more active, have injuries, are managing chronic health conditions, or want to have someone with whom to talk through their health goals and plans.
One on one sessions to launch your health journey. Support and research is provided wherever you need it: testing out strategies to set time aside for yourself each day, meal or medication reminders, creating healthy eating plans for a busy schedule, menus for certain nutrients, set up for your chosen activities, or navigating all the health information out there.
Carla Truax is a dedicated educator and loves helping others. She completed her Master of Public Health degree at USC, focusing on health promotion and communication. She has many years of community education experience, including 11 years at the USC Environmental Health Centers in the Department of Preventive Medicine. In addition to her work and training, she believes that people and the world around us has a big impact on our health and lifestyle.
