The Denver Office of Strategic Partnerships provides funding to nonprofits for energy efficiency

The Denver Office of Strategic Partnerships invests in two programs that support energy-efficiency upgrades for nonprofit facilities: the Nonprofit Energy Efficiency Program and ResourceSmart for Nonprofits. These programs reduce the burden of energy costs while helping the planet.

RESOURCESMART FOR NONPROFITS

ResourceSmart for Nonprofits helps eligible nonprofit organizations reduce their utility costs without having to come up with an initial investment. Managed by ICAST, a local nonprofit, ResourceSmart proudly serves affordable housing, community centers, schools, food banks, shelters, halfway houses, social service organizations and more.

NONPROFIT ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAM

The Nonprofit Energy Efficiency Program provides energy efficiency upgrades to nonprofit organizations that serve low-income individuals and families. The program fully funds the costs of an audit and provides upgrades with no financial contribution from the nonprofit.
