Keep Chicago Beautiful: Supporting Waste-Reduction, Recycling and Beautification
Keep Chicago Beautiful, an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, is a nonprofit organization that works with Chicagoland’s business community, schools, neighborhoods and government agencies to improve our environment through education, public awareness and community involvement.
With a particular emphasis on waste reduction and recycling, we offer educational workshops and coordinate presentations by expert speakers throughout Chicago.
We also provide guidance on how community groups can improve the quality of life in their neighborhoods through clean-ups and graffiti removal, and we created the first-ever guide to recycling at city festivals.
Keep Chicago Beautiful will continue to emphasize its mission of education and community awareness, working together to make Chicago a more healthy, prosperous – and beautiful — place to live and work.
