Electronic Recycling Center (ERC) is a family-owned and operated recycling business based in Miami. We are open to the public, welcoming residential and commercial recycles.
At ERC, you can easily recycle computer monitors and laptops, plasma and LCD screens, televisions, printers and copiers, stereo systems and speakers, cell phones, which we can pick-up on site and recycle at our facility.
Some old electronics can create environmental hazards and legal liabilities if they are disposed of improperly. Containing potentially hazardous materials, such as mercury, chromium, and cadmium, electronics call for special handling at the end of their lives.
In some areas e-waste is growing at about three times faster than any other type of waste. By recycling, we can lower the amount of waste and contribute to our environment by keeping toxic materials from contaminating the soil and leaching into our ground water.
