Jubilee Farm

Jubilee Farm is a family-owned farm located in the fertile Snoqualmie Valley of Carnation, Washington, conveniently close to the greater Seattle area. Operating since 1989, the Haakenson family has run one of the region’s oldest and most comprehensive Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscriptions for over 20 seasons.

Jubilee Farm is a model of long-term environmental stewardship, with its land actively protected by the Washington Farmland Trust. Their sustainability efforts go far beyond basic standards:

• Biodynamic & Organic Practices: All produce is cultivated using organic farming practices. The farm is also a dedicated biodynamic farm, focusing on holistic soil fertility, closed-loop systems, and viewing the farm as a single, living ecosystem.
• Salmon Safe Certification: Jubilee Farm is certified Salmon Safe. This certification highlights their commitment to managing water runoff and farming practices in a way that protects the Snoqualmie River and local salmon habitats.
• Farmland Preservation: The 208-acre farm is protected through a partnership with the King County Farmland Preservation Program and the Washington Farmland Trust, ensuring the land will be used for agriculture forever.
