We roast our coffee by hand, highlighting the intentionality and craft of the farmer. Building a community of producers, loyal customers, and purposeful connections motivates us as much as creating the perfect blend. Together we can positively impact the future of coffee, and the individuals that keep this industry thriving.

Our coffee is always fresh and hand-roasted on site at one of our three roasteries in Seattle, Brooklyn, and Phoenix.

SOURCING

Caffe Vita is committed to sourcing high-quality coffee. We collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure the coffee we roast and serve not only meets our standards but also supports a responsible and transparent coffee supply chain.

ROASTING

Caffe Vita’s coffee is hand-roasted to order in small batches. Our roasters are dedicated to maximizing the potential of our coffees and achieving consistency with every batch.
